  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 will be applied to all orders under $75.00

All of our products are made to order, which means we produce your items once the order is placed. General production time is typically 2-7 business days, depending on the item and customization required.


Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and your package will typically arrive within 4-8 business days, depending on your location and carrier.


Multiple Shipments
To ensure the best quality and pricing for our customers, we collaborate with different warehouses and manufacturers. As a result, some items may be produced at different locations or require additional customization. This may lead to your order arriving in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.


Expedited or Express Delivery
If you have any questions or would like to inquire about expedited or express delivery, which may be available for certain products, please reach out to our customer care team at customercare@montanaenvy.store, and we’ll be happy to assist with any requests or additional costs that may apply.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for each package. This will allow you to monitor the delivery of your items.


Order Changes and Address Updates

You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to make any changes. After this time, once your order is being processed, we may no longer be able to adjust the shipping details or order details.


Lost or Damaged Packages
While we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, Montana Envy LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping errors. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking information for assistance.
