We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for customer errors or changes of mind. Please review all customization details before ordering. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 3 to 10 business days. For further details, please see our Return Policy section.
Protection Plan PLUS for Custom Steel Signs
For our custom steel signs, we offer Protection Plan PLUS for added peace of mind, covering:
- Products Lost in Transit: Full replacement if your item is lost before it reaches you.
- Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged, we’ll replace or repair it.
- Rust and Powder Coat Defects: Coverage for rust or defects in the powder coating, ensuring durability.
- One Replacement or Repair Per Item: This plan includes one replacement or repair per item; damaged items must be returned at the customer’s expense if required.
Please Note: Items lost or stolen more than 72 hours after delivery are not covered.
