Montana Envy LLC Return Policy


At Montana Envy LLC, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as each item is made to order and personalized to your specifications, our return and refund policy is structured to accommodate certain situations. Please read through the following to understand our guidelines:


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective, damaged, or if we have made an error with your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Defective or Damaged Product: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide a clear photo showing the issue, and if multiple items are affected, a group photo showing all items in one frame is required.

  2. Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong product (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.


What is Not Covered?

  • Customer Errors: Ensure that all customization details, sizes, colors, and design elements are correct before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect selections made by the customer.

  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or process refunds for items that are no longer wanted or for changes of mind after placing the order.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to such errors, reprints can be arranged at an additional cost.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us at customercare@montanaenvy.store within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Submit Proof: Provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item(s), along with your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. Approval Process: Once we receive your claim and photos, we will evaluate the issue. If approved, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution, but typically take between 3 to 10 business days.


Additional Guidelines

  • Made-to-Order: Each product is made specifically for you when you place your order. As such, we encourage you to thoroughly review your design choices before submitting your order.

  • Minor Variations: Due to the production process, slight differences in color, design placement, or print size may occur and are not considered defects.
